Default Throwing code P1693 and getting no fuel help

injection pump is only 6 months old and the lift pump is pumping i checked that as well it just keeps throwing the same code you can try new computers ecm and pcm it never even stutters with a different computer it just throws same code on everything i just dont know what to do.. i had read on another postin on a cummins the fuel shutoff maybe i dont know you all are the experts and know about this stuff more than me....

Default this is what i have found out soo far and i need it stupified if possible please help

P1689 - Indicates a Data link failure between ECM and fuel injection pump. Low power, engine dereated or engine stops.
POSSIBLE CAUSES:
  • Fuel Inj pump Gnd ckt open or high resistance
  • Fuel pump ctrl mod harness observable defect
  • Datalink (+) circuit open
  • Datalink (+) circuit short to ground
  • Datalink (-) circuit open
  • Datalink (-) circuit short to ground
  • Engine control module defective
P1693 - Indicates a fault code has been generated in the companion engine control module.
