92 ram 250 diesel won't start

I got a 92 Dodge diesel, went to fuel station turned off, refueled now won't start, lights, gauges...etc...works but won't turn over

just to update, went to where the truck died, I had to jump start from the solenoid wire to battery to get it to start, any suggesgtions???

if its an auto try to start in nuetral rather than park, could be the nuetral start switch, but if failed may not start in either position, could be clutch switch if its a manual trans

good idea i will bypass the safety neutral switch to see if it bad, thanks
