Default will not start when cold

My 2003 Dodge ram 2500 don't start when its cold. I have put in a new diesel feed pump and hose, but no luck so far... It starts if I warm the engine for a couple of hours with a heater, and run the starter for a long time (one minute or so). If it starts, it runs great... any suggestions?

sounds like the fuel is draining back to the tank, but not sure where to tell you to look for a leak, could also possibly be a failing pressure control valve on the cp3 pump, or a failed pressure relief valve on the fuel rail

So far I havent located any leaks. At least not on any of the fuellines from the tank. Where are those valves located on the system? If there is a leakage on the commonrail system, will the car still run as normal?

As you can understand, I have much to learn about these cars and engines...
I am very thankful for all the help I can get.
