Default Problem

Just had my truck in getting an oil change/lube at Quicklanes. Later that evening took it out to the store, and no power steering when i pulled it over looked under the hood. Raidator was leaking and the belt was completly off?
What would cause this?
Bad water pump mabey? just my guess.

Where was the radiator leaking from?

When I bought my truck the Belt fell off I slipped the belt back on and never had a problem since.. I know that my Belt tensioner is bad.

Turned out to be the bearing on the water pump, and broke the belt when it fell off.
