door molding removal

Default door molding removal

so i took those black plastic moldings off the bottoms of my doors. now i am stuck with the outline of them because i cant get the tape stuff off. i tried 3m adhesive remover and i tried goof-off. both work but its going to be a LONG painful job. does anyone have any other tricks or ideas to removing this tape? thanks guys

3m makes an "eracer wheel" for your drill or die grinder that works very well, its like a rubber wheel thet buffs the glue off with out hurting the paint, any automotive paint shop should have them
