oh as of right now i own a 96 dodge 4x4 5.2 l sc sb

i thought about a motor rebuild or even a 360 swap. but it is still to small a truck.

I went from a 5.9 gasser to a CTD. Its a world of a difference. Is the new ride an auto or manual?

They look alright, just make sure you get a converter for a diesel. They make TONS of torque in the lower rpms. Unless the company is known for making diesel converters and transmission accessories, I wouldn't put much money on it holding up. Do a search on here for torque converters, I'm sure there are tons of guys with previous experience.

if you call him and tell him what you have and what you want to do ,he builds exactly that .
the numbering system on the converters is what is in it .
im pulling 1.56 60' times with just 370 rwhp and still traping at 116 mph
the gto has a best pass of 11.60.
