I just purchased a used 2007 Ram Mega Cab 3500 Diesel. Love the truck except it has a clunk / pop sensation you can feel through the steering column and pedals when you are at low to med speeds, turning or braking.
Any suggestions on what this can be before going to the expense of replacing everything in the front end?
The truck also has the power adjustable pedals, at first thought these could be the culprit, but everything in the cab / under dash area appears to be solid.
The truck has 162,000km on it. It runs great, just cant figure out this weird clunk in the steering.
Would a BD Steering stabilizer help this situation at all?
