Default Rear wheels wobble

I've got a 07 3500 mega cab singe wheel 4x4 with a 6" lift and 35" tires and i've noticed that both rear wheels wobble while i drive. I've brought it to the dealer and they took one of my wheels off and and installed a stock size tire and rim and he said it did'nt wobble any more and it is caused by my oversized tires and spacers. He also said he tightened the axle nut? a bit. I' did'nt really believe that since i just had new tires and a rotation done.(i had the wobble with my old set of tires also) I took the truck home and took one tire off and my spacer off and you can see a very slight wobble in the hub, i put my wheel back on without the spacer and it still wobbled but not as much as with the spacer on. I'm thinking with the bigger wheels and the spacer it's magnifying the problem that the dealer can't really see with the stock rim so there blaming it on my OVERSIZED wheels.

Is this something i have to live with? Does anybody else have this problem?

how are your rear axle shaft bearings?
also those keeper will magnify a wobble with bigger tires.
take the keepers off and install the wheel and test drive

What do you mean by the keepers? I'm no mechanic so i don't know how to check the axle shaft bearings and that's why i brought it to the dealer. But i don't think they really cared to look into it as much as they should have, and just blamed it on the bigger wheels.

take the tire off and there maybe some internal star washers on the stud Maybe two or three... Those keep the rotors in place as the truck is going down the assembly line... To take off the rotor you have to take those clips off... PITA sometimes but a hammer and a good sharp punch breaks them easily

if thoes keepers are still there, they will cause your problems, stock wheels are machined to clear the keepers, but all aftermarket things, ---wheels/spacers--- are not and will cause a wobble,
