Im New to diesel but not to the forum I've been over at the dakota forum with this truck

$7000 Very clean 200k miles and its got a Superchip.
I will probably mostly snoop around the forum mostly but since im here ill ask my first of many questions. When im backing up and i turn the wheel the rearend makes a poping noise but only once.... any ideas?

Check the U-joints out. Chock the front tires lift the rear end of the truck, set it on jack stands, and put it in neutral. Check the u-joints for play or binding while rotating the drive shaft, and for evidence of rust coming out of the cups.
