OBD code p0191

just bought RAM 3500 w/ cummings 24v diesel, 2004 with 26k miles. the engine light came on and when I checked it gave code P0191, Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circ Range/Perf. Any ideas on what is wrong with the engine.
