Turbo is not boosting.....

2004.5 5.9 HO - I have no turbo boost....tech at the dealership thinks it could be the MAP sensor....any help or suggestions??

Could be a resricted air inlet system,
a leak in the intercooler or intercooler lines,
damaged compressor wheel,
waste gate stuck open,
and exhaust restriction.

Are you getting any underboost codes, low voltage codes, or any codes in general?
