Default 2007 2500 diesel help!

I was driving to school today and the truck lost power. Hard to accelerate and difficult to get up to speed. I thought it was a fuel filter issue, but when I lifted the hood I saw that the turbo clamp broke and the big hose came off of the "big bent metal elbow" on top of the engine. I went to NAPA and got a new turbo clamp and reinstalled the hose. Now engine light is on and I still have no power. Any advice is greatly appreciated! Hate to go to dealer if its a simple issue. 2007 2500HD 5.9 Cummins 53,000 miles.

its just in limp mode, it will clear after a few run cycles, or go to a parts store and have them clear the codes
