Have a friend with a 2002 2500/ 5.9L diesel. He has to warm it up (even in mid-Summer) for 15 to 20 minutes, otherwise he doesn't have enough power to go up a slight incline (with or W/O a trailer).
Dealership has not been able to diagnosis his problem. Has anyone run into this before and found a fix?
