Post 06 Common Rail Mods

I am wanting to advance my injection pump in my 06 2500 common rail. I am fairly new to the cummins world and I am unsure if I am picturing it right in my head. I have removed the silencer ring from my turbo as well as all the bs baffling from my intake tube. Just wanting to do small mods right now but plan on running dual cp3's, aftermarket lift pump, stacks and programmer but wanting to stay moderate for now. Any info from anyone would be awesome also pics if you have any.

there is no timing adjustments on your pump, only programmers can change timing, and before you do any of thoes things you mentioned, you should have a set of gauges installed first, and if auto tranny, a minimum of a performance valve body and torque converter should be installed

I know this thread is old but I needed to revive it. What valve body and torque converter is recommended for the third gen 48's
