Default Imput on style changes to my 94

Well I went and bought a used Black cap for my truck which is red and I was thinking of different ways I should go to make the black cap fit in on my truck.

Option 1: Paint the Cap Red. Easy and fast.

Option 2: Powder coat my Mickey Thompson Rims leaving the caps chrome and getting chrome nuts, Rocker Guard my front and rear bumper, step bars and I'm not sure what to do with my Chrome wheel well trims. I dont wanna remove them incase of the dreaded RUST! So I was thinking maybe while my rims are getting coated I could just get them done too. Also not sure if I should leave my Grille Chrome, buy non painted plastic one or colour match it with the red.

Option 3: Leave everything as is and say %^&* it. Cheapest way but not styling!

My truck isn't the same as the picture here its been painted and repaired but is close. Any good or really cool ideas I havent thought of will be great! Help me make this a great looking truck. Also please tell me if this whole red and black look is dumb or not! I think it will look cool. Other thing that will be done is limo tint to my door windows to add some black to the truck. I was thinking of also heat painting my exhaust but not sure still. This is all happening to fast for my wallet. Has to be done before snow flies in a month and half! Sledding here I come! I cant seem to get a larger picture up.

Thanks, Matt!!!!

Edit 1: Also would powder coating aluminum protect it enough for winter driving?

What did you use to paint your front bumper? It looks like Bedliner. So today I took my first step to changing to black. I sold my Mickey Ts and bought some Procomp Series 98 rims. Now I'm gonna buy some 33 inch BFG Mud KM2s or might stick to ATs cause it will be mainly my road driver right now. I patched up my small rust hole in my tailgate and patched the hole I made in the bed for the Diesel tank I had back there. So the bed is ready to be Bedlined I hope today. Then I'll be pricing out how much it will cost to Powder Coat my bumpers and my little wheel well trims. Anyone know of already black ones maybe? Might be cheaper to buy them already done. I'll post pictures of when my rims and tires go on.
