I have a 2005 dodge 3500 5.9 cummins and when I have load on the truck it looses power. When the truck has less than half a tank it will loose power and you can put the pedal to the floor and nothing happens. When the truck has more than a half of a tank it runs perfect. Has anyone else had this problem and if so please help me out.

 

sounds like a bad lift pump
