Default Starting problem...need some insight

I have a 2003 dodge 2500 cummins 5.9 230XXX miles on it. It been good to me since i bought it new. Now it has troubles starting. When its left in the sun or its really hot outside the truck struggles to start. It starts then quickly dies, if i crank it and give it gas sometimes doesnt rev, when it does rev it dies right after. After fighting with it for 10 min or so it will start and idle funny the revs will bounce up and down. It also gives no codes so i have no clue what it could be, anyone experienced this issue before? Can it be injectors?

Please help!!

thanks daniel
