I have recently purchased a 99 Dodge 2500 CTD and for the first time, run into some issues. The truck accelerates normal through the first 3 gears of the A/T but 4th, begins to sputter and continues until I let off. I am slightly new to the CTD and need some direction.

I was going to start with a fuel filter then move to a pump. Any suggestions?
