Default RattleSnake?

Let's see if i can articulate this properly... I have up under my glove box a black plastic boxy thing, the last two mornings, yesterday worse than today just after starting up that box made some noise like a creaking door. There also seemed to be a rhythm to it. Buzzing, goes away for a few moments, buzzes...quite...buzz...quite, then went away. This morning only one buzz. Any ideas, or did a rattlesnake get into my glovebox?

Thanks
Rob

Not sure if the blower, heater or air was on at the time. The truck was running for a few moments before the first buzz.

06... your blend door may have broken, change to thevents to all locations then to the face vents and turn the blower on high, if low air flow is noticed then the door may have broke, its very common
