Remote starter programing
I have 06 2500 diesel with a factory remote stater. When I start with remote the truck only runs for maybe 5 minutes. Any have any info on how to program this longer. Thanks for any info you may have. Rob

There should be a section in your owners manual. I don't have factory start so I never looked or payed attention.
5min seems like an very short duration? Usually it's 10/15/20 options but who knows with OEM and a diesel?

Nothing in the book. It was installed after but is a dodge remote starter installed by the dealer. The run time is 10 not 5 like I said ealier but need to make it at least 20. Thanks for the reply
