Default Help!

just bought a 2005 Cummins 3500 HO Heavy duty 6 speed and was going out today and when I started it, it started a bit rough and the check engine came on codes p 0480, p0483, p0243 cooling fan and wastegate

All the fuses are fine, yet to check the wires for the wastegate, but I think its unlikely they are screwed because all these electrical problems occured at once, I have owned the truck for less than a week and have 3 days to return it, when purchased the injectors went, had them replaced for no charge and keep finding litte things here and there wondering if I got a problem truck note it does have 280 Kilometers I knew stuff was go but first week of owning its needing alot of money.

If anyone knows how to fix this problem please let me know and can I drive with these codes on?
