when I flick the ignition switch to on voltage goes up to 12 volts for a few seconds then down to 8 volts & stays at 8 ,then if I hit start & release the voltage goes up to 12 volts for 25 seconds & then back down to 8 volts,why does it go down to 8 & stays, you would think the voltage should drop to 0,can somebody help me
