How do you change fenders on 1989 Dodge W350?

I have a w350 turbo diesel, ive changed the doors already, using a 1988 Dodge 1500 for body parts. Does anyone know how to remove the fenders? I just need to know where all the bolts are?

There are some under the hood and the cowl grill (piece under the wiper arms) there are also under the fenders too.
