I have a 1999 dodge cummins and the wait to start light comes and i hear a click from the engine when the light goes off but starts like its not working at all when its around 30 F. I cycled it twice and felt the intake horn but it was still cold and started bad. truck has 117000 miles. any ideas why its not working??? thanks
