Default Whats the difference in 5.9 and 5.9ho

While i was downloading some information on the web i saw something for the VIN. and noticed my truck has a C in the 8th digit which i guess makes it a 5.9L 6cyl Turbo Diesel H/O (ETH)

what does that mean and what the difference in what i see above and teh 5.9L 6cyl turbo Deisle (etc)

if your asking about a 2006 CTD....325hp/610ftlb-torque. I believe that was the only option from 2004.5-2006. 2003-2004 had a SO and HO option (the HO was 305hp/555ftlb torque).
