I have a 1999 dodge 2500 4x4 second gen 5.9 cummins. I was having trouble with truck dieing when put into gear well I found out it that was the torque converter. Well replaced it with a billet high performance torque converter now the truck is showing no bus on odometer ccd on overhead the only working guage is rpm guage check engine light brake light and abs lights are on. The port to plug a code scanner in is not working and transmission is not shifting at all seems like it is hung in high gear. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated. O yea if u hold trip reset and turn the key on it will show codes 920 921 and 999. Thanks

 

Sounds like your trans didn't get installed correctly - something's amok with the TCM/PCM and/or ECM.
