Default Exhaust Brakes?

What is a good brand and/or style of exhaust brake. Also ease of installation is a must. Any ideas or suggestions?

Pacbrake and Jacobs are the two names that come to mind.

Yes it is stock its a 2004 3500 5.9 4x4. Where is a good place to buy. I'm realizing that the brakes i'm going through would be significantly less if i had one of these installed in my truck but they all look pretty expensive and do i get electric or air. I do not have onboard air but if needed i would get it if i had to. As always money is a issue. Thoughts?
