Default Rear Main

Just wondering how many 5.9s are out there with the rear main leaking a little.Mine has been for some time.I know from past experience that most diesels have a rear main leak.Im not to concerned about it,with 3000 miles on this oil change its just below the full mark on the stick. Is there any chance this would be warrenty work?I have a feeling the dealer is gonna tell me anything they can not to do this job beings its a ton of work for a seal.

I have taken my '07 in twice, three times when I bring it in this weekend for that exact problem. I have about 90,000 miles on it and they are still covering it...you think they would just fix it and be done with it.
