I have a chance to purchase a new 2011 2500 ST crew cab with the 6.7l, manual tranny, long bed for $33,000 in Oregon.

First: Does this seem like a good deal? (It appears to be, particularly compared to new Fords and Chevys)

Secondly: apart from the fuel economy issues with the emissions additions, does the 2011 6.7L fare any better than than the 2009 and 2010?
