hey guys i just put money down on a 03 2500 and did the carfax for it and found out that it had a recall for steering linkage. so what i would like to know is does anyone know what was wrong with the linkage? or has anyone had a problem with the linkage in the year? thanx guys

 

its a recall its free to have repaired if it hasnt been already

i think the problem was some part may come apart when turning sharply but i may be wrong

 

well the guy im buying the truck from said it steers tighter then his 06 he changed the sway bar end links i think it was i was surprised when he said it steered really well and better then his new one its kind of funny he said he bought the new one to replace the one im buying from him and he is having more problems with the new one then the old one just wanted to see if i could find out what the recall was thought maybe someone knew
