Default Charging system question

Ive got an 03 3/4 ton with a 5.9 cummins. Ive replaced batteries, alternator, and pcm and it still isnt charging!! I dont seem to have any power getting to the small wires that are supposed to activate the alternator. Does anyone know where to go to now? Thanks. Also i even tried using a jumper from the battery to the small wire and it still did nothing!!

Ok ive done some more checking and i couldnt see wires rubbing anywhere. But i stabbed the green wire with my test light and had it grounded and when i turned the key on it lights up for like 2 seconds and goes out. It never lights up again after you start it!! Also i check continuity from green wire to positive on battery and it has continuity there but none to the negative until i turn the key on then there is continuity to both posts!!! Ya think that might mean that its grounding out some where or is it because its going through the pcm? Im totally lost here !
