Default xenon bulbs

hey guys i would like to get xenon bulbs for my truck for both my headlights and my driving lights. i dont have the money for the hid kits and i thought the recon bulbs were the best but i did some researching about them and found some bad reviews so my question to you guys is what brand of xenon bulbs are the best? i read that the recon ones burn out fast are there any that last long? i have bought siliverstar bulbs for my old truck and wasnt impressed at all and i like the xenon blue light look i have seen lots of blue lights on cars and trucks and they look great so i would be getting the blue ones so let me know what you guys know about the xenon bulbs thanks
