Default Class action suit

I apologize for not doing a search before posting this. I recently got a notice in the mail regarding a class action suit for certain year owners, including mine which is an '08 3500 with 6.7l. Has anyone been keeping up with this? What is expected to happen? How long before it is finalized?

I have been having trouble with loss of power, bad fuel mileage, error codes (can't remember which ones right now), and check engine lights (probably due to the codes). In the letter from the law firm it mentioned all these conditions and even said a few major problems, including fires, have resulted from the defects. I called and enrolled, but they didn't give much information. I do know it said they are going for either a cash settlement or a manufacturer buy-back of the vehicle.

If anyone knows more, please reply so I will know what to look out for. In the meantime, I will do a search to see if some of my questions have already been answered.
