Default What front end parts do I need????

Im New to owning a truck. I bought a 02 2500 with a 5.5" Fabtech lift. I went to a mechanic here in Calgary, Alberta to get in looked over. They say I need to do the front end, minus ball joints. My question is what parts do they mean? And also is a tie rod and a drag link the same?

the steering components is what they are refering to, such as the "tie rods" and "drag link" look in a Haynes manual for the picture and descriptions if you are still unsure.....being a 02 and with a 5.5" lift I am sure that they are correct as larger tires will put more stress on your steering components (and wheel bearings and balljoints etc)
