I hope one of you tec specials can tell me if while you are driving, the yellow engine sign comes on and the engine just shuts down what can the possible cause. There was on spitting missing or any other sign.

The fuel tank was full (filled at a major truck stop) the clock has about 130 K and has been
cared for with kids gloves to prevent somthing major happing.

I have no booster chips and the automaic trans as sold to me.

u will need to pull the codes, the posibilities r just about endless

 

Required change in stupid OE lift pump aa well as the injector pump. Codes confirmed and were corrected. Knew this was the probable problem was just amazed how little help I was provided at the time, there are no experts on this board anymore.
