"Have a tranny shifting issue on a 3500 2005 i have a lot of experience and mechanical knowledge i just cant figure this one out every time the truck is put in gear it pulls hard right off the bat to the point the turbo starts to spool to compensate amd the trans oil doesnt appear burnt in anyway at all and now starting to shift reallly early sometimes.

 

I dont see any way the trans can make your truck pull to the right,just doesnt make sence.I would think its a brake dragging bad or something in the rear went makeing the right side bind if thats even possible.I would start with a caliper hanging or a front wheel bearing bad.JMO

 

I read it as "truck pulls hard, right off the bat", which I would take as a programming or electrical issue. I've never been inside a 4xre trans, so I don't know how similar it is to my 68rfe, but right before I tore it apart this last time it was spooling the turbo in gear. I suspect it was because my 4c return spring retaining ring had given up and the return spring no longer had anything to push against.
