Default 2003 deisel wont start

I have a 2003 dodge ram, 180 000 on her. She wont start without shot of either( iknow how bad it is) have had it checked and parts replaced and mechs say just cant figure it out. It will start no problem if engine temp is over 150 soon as it drops below that it will not start, with out the gogo juice. I am yhinking its got to be some kind of sensor. Any help greatly apprciated.

That's a problem these days. Some mechanics are frighteningly dull.
