Clutch slipping

I've got a '08 3500 6 speed. It's a welding truck. My clutch is slipping and I want to replace with a better clutch. What is a good clutch to use. Truck is about 12000 pounds with equip.

any of the ceramic are a good upgrade. I must warn u that they are noisey tho. I put one in an 02 and wasn't too noisey, but the one i put in an 06 was extremely loud.
