I just purchased an 02 2500 quad cab LB Diesel. it has a 7" skyjacker lift and a 3 inch body lift with 38" Boggers. whoever did the work didn't adjust the speedo and the ABS freaks out every time I hit the Brakes. it slows down just fine but the Brake pedal is really stiff like the abs is engauging

Welcome to DF! Nice truck, are the hood scoops functional (do they vent into the engine compartment)?
you would feel the brake pedal pulsating if the abs was active. there is a valve of some sort that releases the brakes to allow the wheel to spin instead of being locked up...
