Default Upgrade questions

ok so i have a 2006 3/4 ton 4x4 with a m6 and 3.73gears. ok so to make a long story short an injector blew and diluted the oil and the turbo blew and the motor is ruin, it will cost more to rebiuld that motor then to buy a used one by far. the upgrades on it now are a workhorse chip, afe filter and tube, and a areo muffler. i live on a farm and it will be primarly used there but i also use it for personal stuff. i am looking to get better fuel millage and better performance. it does not have gauges in it and that will be the first upgrade. oh the clutch is also shot in it and i have already bought a south bend to put in it, its dual disk which will hold more power than im going to make the truck produce.

Programmer. Thats all i can say. I have the old 12 valve and those are easy to upgrade and get real good mileage. But from wat i hear on here everyone likes the smartys or somethin. I know people that have programmers and switch from fuel econ to power wen they want it. But honestly idk much bout programmers or chips or anything
