Red face Sun Roof Question

I bought a used 06 Laramie and it has the sunroof. When I was waxing the roof I noticed the aft end of the sunroof was below roof level by an 1/8 inch while the front was flush with the roof. I noticed some wind noise with the shade open, but it pretty much goes away when closed. My question, is that the norm for the install of the factory sunroof? My other vehciles with factory sun roofs were totally flush with the roof. ( I don't want any leaks.)
If it is not correct, should I consider repairing it? If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
Thanks
