Default Rear Main Seal

Hi everybody, I am new to the forum. I have a 2006 3500 4x4 Mega Cab with Auto Transmission. It appears my rear main seal is leaking, by all of the oil. I have procrastinated replacing it, since I broke a couple of ribs. But, I am ready to attack the issue. First, I will take any suggestions, directions and advice on the R & R of the part. Best place to get all of the required parts and tools. Possible causes and where to look. I tow stock trailers with the truck, so the weight can get up there and I have the dealer installed exhaust brake.

Any help will be appreciated, Monday is the day I start. Thanks
