Default What Mods on 6.7 at 100k miles?

I'm approaching 100K miles this year, out of Cummins warranty. It's a 4x4 with a 6 speed manual transmission. I've suffered through 14 MPG, worried about excess diesel fuel being pumped into the oil and am waiting for news the DPF canister needs replacement for $2K. I'd love to keep the truck for 10 more years. What should I consider concerning modifications?

Thanks

Wow, for 2k Your money would be better spent on EGR/DPF delete's,and a programmer.
It will turn your mild truck into a ANIMAL,plus added MPG mine went from 14 to 22, But I understand this is A typical,Most people don't see that much improvement.
