Default Cummins Noise Issue- with video

This noise just started happening on hard accelerations and decent highway grade climbs.

Truck is bone stock.

Thanks for your help folks.

Mine was doing the same thing and I eventually found a loose boot clamp. If you have had them off and on then that should not be it but mine sounded exactly like that. High pitched scream like a turbo but does not vary like a turbo. Could be a minute tear in a boot or a hole in the cooler. Also check all of your intake manifold bolts, even if they are tight that does not mean a gasket did not blow out of the manifold.

Rick- followed your suggestions and checked the intake manifold bolts. The rear most bolts were hand tight at best. Needless to say, this fixed the issue. Thanks...

You probably have a bit more power now.
