stumped?
i have an 05 2500. just had the exhaust maqnifold replacedand immediately after i pulled it out, it seemed stuck in 3rd gear and wouldn't shift up or down? if i manually put it into first gear it is fine and i can manually shift into second and then when i get into drive, it won't shift any higher. rpm's will be over 2k at 45mph?
i changed the fuel filter but nothing? i messed with the fuel lines once, cracked them and bled some fuel and the truck ran fine until i shut it off. when i went to drive it like 10 mins later it was back to the bad symptoms?
here's the catch, i had a diagnostic ran and one of the codes pulled up were torque converter cirquit low?
maybe i have air in the fuel lines?
maybe the trans is screwed?
any input would be appreciated. thanks.

$5 says it's an electrical problem.
Make sure you have all of your grounds hooked up and there aren't any cut wires. IIRC your transmission control module should be bolted to the firewall behind the front tire.
You may need to reset your ECM, possibly have a quick learn done to it.

so i got the truck back. was told corrosion in the electrical. didn't get to talk to the mechanic since i was at work on my oil rig. truck ran great for about 30 miles and now right back to it's symptoms. dropping it off monday morning. really frustrated with it.
any ideas or where i should point the mechanic to look?
