Cool should i take some more fuel away???

1993 d350, 5.9 12v,, put a hybred turbo,(hx35-40 mix),replaced the 160hp injection pump with a 180hp pump, stage 1 denny t fuel pin, diesel auto power- 7x10 145* injectors,(200hp),(40hp overstock),,, 4" down pipe,,what is a safe EGT to stay within??? at 50-55 it steadys out around 750-800, have not had it on the road yet,,but if it gets into a small pull it gets up around 1100-1150*,, since i put the 180 hp pump, and bigger inj,i put about 1-mabe 11/2 turns on fuel screw, should i take a turn back out?
got on the freeway today took it up to 75,in a easy pull to get there i hit 1250*, set the cruise and it settled to 850*,, wich is good i know,, but the slightest increase in a hill and it went straight up to 1260* just to keep up on the cruise,,. so what ya think,,??? to much fuel??
thanks

Yeah, sounds like you need more air. Stock exhaust manifold or aftermarket 3-piece?

If it's hitting 1200 without much of a load, you'll be in trouble if you ever do get a load on it, or when it gets hot out.
