Does NH have strict emissions testing and inspections? Being a 2010 you should be able to turn the EGR off with software, which just means you'll have to reinstall the stock exhaust and put a few miles on the truck before going in for your inspection.

that's why I love my second gen...never came with a cat or egr, or any emissions controls

i still have to take emissions, but its just a snap test.

So I need to get myself a smarty programmer so I can put the truck in 50% mode. (basically limp mode) which will get me through emissions with larger injectors as it will cut 50% of the trucks power not allowing it to fuel hard.

I will look into the inspection thing but as the saying goes "I KNOW A GUY" so I am not losing a lot of sleep over it. Speaking of losing sleep I just drove it strait thru from the Souix City airport to Salem NH. I reset the mileage @ the terminal when I got in the truck and after 1548 miles mostly with cruise on 75mph where the non-construction zones allowed I had a final average of 19.1 according to the dash computer! Never even close with the Hemi. I love this truck.

screw you guys! lol

i have to take em.

before my injectors and new turbos it blew 2% opacity and anything under 40% is a pass, so the smarty just has to knock it down below that and I'll be good!

I'm actually thinking about getting some 7x.011 SAC injectors built by Chris (former SDX injector builder) and see if that cleans up the smoke a bit and spools my twins faster.

I estimate it should bump me up to about 575hp range...I'm trying to stay below 600hp and keep it as street friendly as possible. otherwise I would just jump to 7x.012 or 7x.014 and hit 650hp.
