Default recall ....

A co worker and I were talking abought CTD in the new 2011 2012 HD trucks.

I don't know if this true, He told me Dodge is recalibrating the tunning on the 6.7 threw recalls, dodge wants to prevent the automtic transmisson from failing under warenty and is detuning the 6.7

No, I don't think so. They aren't having transmission issues, not really in stock applications that I've heard of. Tuned, the trans has issues, just like any other.

They aren't detuning it.

All three manufacturers have torque management built into the stock engine and transmission computers.

Cyclone,

I could find no such recalls on the 2011-12 HD trucks regarding tuning or transmission issues at this time.
