Default need help on rebuilt engine

I have a 2005 2500 Cummings and I just bought a rebuilt engine. I have the super chips flashpaq and have been running it on the truck since the engine has been rebuilt. My question is, will this hurt the rings from seating correctly? I have just over 400 Miles on the new engine. I have drove it as I was instructed to. Ie: varying speeds and staying off the interstate the first couple hundred miles. I have also babied it. The flashpaq is not as aggressive as other tuners and I'm hoping I can Still run it through the break in period. If anyone has had experience or a definite answer, please help me out.

"cummins"

I would wait until a couple thousand to really do anything, but as long as the timing isnt advanced too much, i dont think it would do any harm.
