My personal suggestion is H&S Black Maxx. If you have an auto, their transmission software is great too. It was a night and day difference on my old 08.

I used the Smarty S67ME on my dad's 09, it worked very well, very plain jane and did its job. When he traded up to his 11, I used a H&S XRT Pro. It works very well too, and offers more programming options. It is similar to the BlackMaxx suggested above (which is also a good choice, buddy is running one on his 09) the XRT Pro has settings to 100hp over stock and the BlackMaxx has settings to 225hp over stock.

The benefit of the black maxx/mini maxx over the xrt is that the maxx series double as gauges and they offer automatic defueling to protect your engine/trans if certain parameters are met - trans/coolant/exhaust temps getting too high, coolant/trans temps too low, etc...
